Follow Route 19 through Wellsville, turning left onto West State Street, (3rd intersection.) Follow W. State Street, through the first intersection, and over a set of rail road tracks. Turn left onto Maple Avenue at the blinking light. The Immaculate Conception School is on your right, parking is both behind the school, and in the church parking lot.
From 417 East: Follow 417 East into Wellsville. Turn right onto Main Street at the first intersection. Follow Main Street. Turn right at the first intersection, onto West State Street. Follow W.
