The Shire of Hartstone cordially invites the populace of our glorious Kingdom to revel in mid-winter bliss at Aethelmearc's Kingdom 12th Night celebration! This event will take place on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at the Wellsville Elementary School, 98 School Street in Wellsville, NY 14895. Site fees for the day are $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for youth ages 6-17. Feast fees are $8.00 for adults and teenagers aged 13-17, and $4.00 for youth aged 6-12. There will be space for outboard revelers who would like to stay but do not plan to partake of the feast being served. There will be a family cap of $52. A $3 Non-Member Surcharge for adults without SCA membership will be in effect at the time of troll. (Please do not include the NMS in your reservation.) Reservations may be made with our reservation clerk, Lady Lily of Hartstone, Heather Bevacqua 49 Chestnut Ave Dansville, NY 14437-1621, (585) 335-9158. (No calls after 9 p.m., please.) Please make checks payable to "Shire of Hartstone, SCA Inc." Reservations will go quickly, and space is limited to 125 gentles. The only honored reservation is a paid one!
Lunch will be included with the site fee, prepared by the dedicated hand of Lady Nivah Katherine Rose of Bannockburn. For feast, a fine fare of delicacies will be prepared under the watchful eye of Duchess Rowan de la Garrison. We have reserved a block of 35 rooms at the Wellsville Microtel. This include 23 doubles and 12 singles, with at least one handicapped room, both smoking and non smoking are available. Suites are available upon request, however at this time, we have not included any in the group block. We qualify for a group discount, therefore singles will be 48.60 and doubles will cost $57.60. You must reserve by December 12, 2006 under the group name SCA. Once the block is filled, you may still inquire about the availability of rooms at the Microtel, you just may not qualify for the discount, so reserve early!
